The 400g Bone-In Rib Eye is served with duck fat potatoes, charred broccolini and Dutch carrots, roasted garlic and thyme butter, and beef jus. This hearty, flavour-packed main is available for $50 Members and $62.50 Non-Members. (LG)

For something sweet, the Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake is served with raspberry coulis, chocolate soil and vanilla gelato – a decadent way to finish the meal. Priced at $15 Members and $18.75 Non-Members.
